Took my Toyota Sienna to Alexander Toyota last week with a "vehicle starting issue". We asked for the whole diagnostic but it was determined the issue was more simplified and didn't price gouge us to conduct an unneeded cost of the diagnostic. Thanks guys for looking out for the customers best interest. Definitely coming back again for services to my vehicles at Alexander Toyota.
Worst customer service and unreliable cars I bought a brand new tacoma 2017 in February and it has overheated without any repairs done by toyota. Blower motor went out and couldnt even get a rental car or at least a ride to my workplace. There goes their customer service and buisness down the drain. I talked to at least 3 different managers some who didnt even bother to return my call. I even reached out to Toyota Corporate and was offered no solutions. I have lived in Yuma for over a year now and have always had great service from Alexander. I talk with Nick Blank when ever I need service. He goes out of his way to solve things or look up any information I need. I would recommend them to anybody looking for the right work to be done on there toyota vehicle.

Danny Arias was AMAZING, I was looking for a new truck and he gave me plenty of uninterrupted time to look at vehicles and when I was ready he answered all my questions, never pressured me and showed me the best product that I was looking for.
