Awful experience with Alexander Sales and Lettings. Through their inability to ensure a process of due diligence, they cost me two months of time and a solicitors fee for nothing. I am now in a position where I have a mortgage offer ready to go, a sale on my property nearing completion and I effectively do not have a property to move into. Avoid at all costs.
