Fantastic high quality garden furniture, however we had a little problem with one of my chairs. After a very easy and clear email exchange, the problem was rectified completely and we are very satisfied with the outcome. I will recommend Alexander Rose as a ery reputable business with fantastic after sales service. I can only give 5 stars... Thankyou

Personally, I think the customer service of Alexander Rose is brilliant. I needed a bolt for one of my chairs last year and they supplied a new one free of charge within a few days. Thank you so much!
I have bought probably too many teak chairs and loungers from this company over the years. After a number of years of use the wheels on one of the wheeeled loungers have delaminated. I enquired about replacements and received what can only be described as appaling customer service from a company selling top end garden furniture. Curt e-mails, unhelpful, when they seemed to be unable to understand I wanted the whole wheels and not tyres. One lost future customer and staff training needed I feel.
