We recently purchased our first property using Alexander Jacob Estate Agents. They have honestly gone above and beyond for us throughout the whole process. Absolutely shambles of an organisation. Do not go anywhere near this estate agents. There is no communication between those who work at Alexander Jacob and even less with clients. Personal experience as a buyer - lost thousands as a result of the incompetence and lack of accountability. BEWARE
Brilliant staff. All very polite and helpful. The boss went the extra mile to make sure I got to view the property I was interested in.. I’m still interested but it’s a little out of my budget.. but that’s not their fault.
