Recently signed up with Alexander House, they very kindly gave me an emergency appointment for a few hours after calling them. (I'd tried approx 20 other places closer to me prior!) Receptionist when I arrived were very friendly and the dentist I saw was fantastic. Would certainly recommend and I look forward to returning again,. Hopefully the next time is just a checkup rather than emergency. To be honest, that receptionist is doing the place a disservice for being there. All I wanted is to know some prices which are not available on the website (so not very transparent). She doesn’t let me speak with a professional and has no clue what the prices are either. Plus, she talks over me. Very unprofessional and this just makes me go somewhere else.
Excellent dental practice. Reception staff are lovely and Mr Shah is very good and reassuring. Would highly recommend.

Really unprofessional, rude and unhelpful receptionist. Worst service ever! Always rude and unpleasant to be around with.
