Being charged nearly 3k a year for nothing but a gardener in the summer for a small block of 6 flats. AF were our service management company for 2 years, they made an absolute mess of the development's finances and left all households in debt. If you have the option to not use them, I would highly recommend exercising that choice. Absolutely terrible management, no customer service or support.
CHELMSFORD ESSEX - Never had a problem with this management company. Always very quick to respond to my emails or calls and have no complaints whatsoever. I have been dealing with this company for nearly five years and have no issues.
I've lived in a block of flats in Chelmsford for years now and I have never had an issue with this company. Having lived in various other blocks of flats before I know how bad companies can be however Alexander Faulkner Partnership is fantastic. They're super quick at responding and get things sorted promptly. Have no complaints at all.
Pure bandits. You'll be simply paying for zero service and zero effort. All comms which require some work from their side are simply ignored. Completely useless!
