Our general experience with Alexander & Co was excellent. The team was always approachable and friendly, and their service was great from check-in to repair follow-ups to check-out. The only significant issue we faced was a frustrating delay with our deposit and final corrections. We were very happy with the service provided by Alexander & Co in re-letting our property and finding the most suitable tenants. At all stages we were kept informed and it was clear that the team were always working in our best interests. It was most reassuring that there was always someone available to answer questions and address any concerns we had. Donna Magill, with her wealth of experience and knowledge of the Dunstable and surrounding areas, was particularly helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for us.
Excellent service on the sale of our house. Julia especially did a fantastic job at showing people around and negotiating the right price, and provided valuable market insights. Her connections in the local area and professional manner ensured we also bought our new house at the right price. After sale care was also great, with Gary ensuring that everybody was kept updated throughout. I highly recommend the team at Alexanders if you are buying or selling locally.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Awful, unprofessional treatment from staff, and no care for their tenants.
