Absolutely horrible experience with this state agency. Instead of helping, they created more problems and wasted my time. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted as if doing their job was too much to ask. Every step was slow, confusing, and frustrating — no proper communication, no respect, and zero accountability! No one should be treated this way when dealing with a public service. It felt like they simply didn’t care at all. Truly disappointing and unacceptable!
