I have been contacting them for queries regarding property management and the response is really slow and still not resolved. Very uncomfortable situation they put us in. My previous letting agents "William brown", never had any problems with them. I regret approaching Alexander & co.

Horrific and con artists, please avoid at all costs. Was stuck complaining over mould that was present in the house I lived in and they were just heartless in doing anything or keeping in touch. I have gained breathing issues and such restless nights because of this estate agent, they have no sympathy or people skills at all.
