Adrian is a fantastic solicitor who I could not recommend enough. He provided me with great support throughout the whole process of selling and buying. All my property transaction have taken place through Alex Hutcheon & co for past 15 years and I have always found the team to be excellent.
Absolute top quality team, Adrian did everything to make our selling and buying a seamless pleasure, cant thank these guys enough, i would recommend them to anyone.
No coordination between solicitors and staff are no better.Have them selling several of my properties, schedules written by them are total rubbish everything is mixed up with each other,won't accept they're wrong or alter said property descriptions despite me having been involved in properties all my life, both as a developer and owner of several properties. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Adrian Hutcheon. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home in Aberdeen.
We moved to Aberdeen from England in Feb 24, however the whole process took 6mths due to delays with buyers / lawyers down south which is a stark contrast to our Lawyers here, AH & Coy ! Kirsty was fantastic , communicated really well and definitely acted in our best interest. As a firm we would highly recommend and will use again - first class!
