RecommendedPlease try to get the Trans-Siberian Orchestra coming to your event center again. I miss going to them in my state and I am exhausted traveling to other states to see them. They are so awesome and you know that they will sell out
If you are a lactating momma this is a great venue. They setup lactation rooms for most events and all of the people searching your bag are incredibly understanding when you tell them about bringing your breast pump with.
The Alerus Center is well maintained and clean. The staff handles large crowds very efficiently.
Was there for wedding 🎩 very nice.
I'd go again
I came to see Metallica on crutches, due to an unexpected foot surgery. Everyone working that night was extremely helpful! Many employess had asked me if I needed any accommodations. Mostly I refused, because they were all very busy; however, it went to show that, they put their guests at the top of the list. Kudos to the staff!
security is a joke could have walked into the Metallica concert right off the street through the smoking area no tickest got checked as people were coming back in. security on the floor was a bigger joke got told numerous times i cant stand were i was even tho it was away from the crowd was told i need to move foward.....also sound quality in the building was extremely poor.....the events staff on the floor stopped me 8 different time to check my id and ticket did not appreciate that will never return to this venue.....i for... read more
