Parking is a disaster. 2,000 people and takes an hour to get out. All exits blocked besides one. Very mismanage facility.
I was an awesome experience and I had a good time with my girlfriend.
Nice clean arena, lots of space. But I had floor tickets to WWE live, close to the railing by the entrance ramp. Had to walk across about 20 people to get back to our seat during the pitiful 10 min or so intermission. The woman's match had already started and we missed the intros. People did NOT move an inch. People were standing on there chairs just to see because they were short and the alerus employees would stumble in on us to tell them to sit. Anything for them to save a buck. When I purchased my tickets online I hit and missed for better seats for over a half an hour and when I get there empty seats in front of me. And to top it off all the people that did not pay for floor seats shuffled in in... read more
I understand and agree that there should be restrictions, especially since the recent events. However, the restrictions need to be posted and the public needs to know about them. I had a very small purse, Coach in fact, that I had to leave behind (then someone stole it). I leave that responsibility on you.
