We have been to several events at the Alerus Center, we've usually had very good service! The Tesla/Poison concert was no exception! We had a GREAT time. Easy to get in, main floor seating was good. We even got out of the parking lot fairly quickly. Gonna have to do it again soon.
When there is such a large concert and only ONE women's restroom open for the floor, that leaves me one option: Use the men's room because I'm not missing half the show waiting in line.
The building was not ment to host music event, the acoustics were horrible and the rule about purse size is ridiculous and apparently do not apply if you are stick thin and 18. I will not return for a music event.
Alerts center, grand forks you're facility is unreal. I understand that you did put a restriction on purse size for women on your facebook page and website, but you DID NOT mention a word about the measurements of the purse size of either page that I am aware of. My friend and I went through the main security line and both our small purses didn't meet you're guidelines and we were not allowed in the facility. Only on ONE sign it gave the dementions and the other sign next to it didn't have it. Thank god we had a hotel across... read more

I can not believe the amazing level of customer service! We enjoyed the venue, but the staff set the tone for the experienc! The next time we have the opportunity to see a venue at this location, hands down my only choice!!!
Great facility our team played in the Alerus at the Jr Grand AM Basketball Tournament was surprised no free wi fi for the stadium??
