The Diamond Rio concert was great. Some of the people were NOT! It was a sit down with chairs provided-not a Wefest concert. Very disappointed.

The Alerus is a nice place to attend events. We were there last night for the KISS concert- the show was amazing!!! What wasn't amazing is how dirty the seats were. They were covered in dirt/dust- it was inches think!!! The Alerus doesn't allow beverages to have covers...the dust eventually settled into our drinks. All you could taste taste was dust! Gross!! It looked like the seats had been sitting in storage for years uncovered. We have attended many events there with no issues. We already have tickets for upcoming events ... read more
Everything was great. Staff was great. Parking was easy in and easy out for a concert. Not alot of waiting on food and drink. overall a great experience
We went to the KISS show there last night. We stayed in the hotel across the street. We left 45 minutes before show time to get a T-shirt. Due to this place's lack of organization we did not get past security until David Lee Roth already started and by the time we finally got a T shirt, he was DONE...OFF THE STAGE HOUSE LIGHTS ON DONE. We will NEVER go to another show there. I will be contacting management on Monday!
KISS, it was an excellent show. everybody was very friendly.
Saw Kiss lastnight.....nice venue.
