Recently bought a carpet from here. Very friendly, staff worked well with me while trying to decide on the right carpet, price and colour. Fitters came and got the job done quickly. Good service.
If you need carpets asap, go elsewhere... My journey with Alec Ross carpets (Alsager) started on the 27/07 and I'm still waiting. (I feel like my order was forgotten about). On that day I made a deposit of £170 to carpet my living room and stairs/landing. Two weeks later I have not heard anything back. So... only after contacting them myself again on 11/08 (after some long winded excuses about how they are short staffed, over worked and struggling) I have now been told that I have to wait another week and a half for my carpe... read more
