They are very helpful, good with pets, and are responsive to calls. Only negative which is the same for most vets, is prices, for some treatments they are expensive

Awful experience. Took our spaniel on a Sunday morning to this vet as she had a funny tummy and got there only to be met by a rude and unwelcoming vet. I was spoken to in an awful manner asking why I had come there and not my own out of hours clinic. Made myself and my children feel extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this veterinary practice. Sounds like the real issue is his reception team not giving out the relevant information and an underlying issue between out of hours services .
