I got recommended to Heather a while ago as I had a golf injury. She knew exactly what the problem was & how to correct it. Her knowledge blew me away. She put my mind at rest instantly & before long was back enjoying a round of golf pain free. She has a very natural and intuitive way of understanding the body and what is unbalanced. I wouldn’t go anywhere else & always recommend.
I have been to a number of massage therapists and can honestly say Heather's massage is way above the rest. She custom tailors the massage to your liking, and has some very cool techniques!

I had a fantastic deep tissue massage by Lydia. My friends had different massages, but we were all so relaxed and regenerated after. She came to the Aldeburgh house we were staying in for the weekend. Professional but friendly. A delight. Highly recommended.
