What can I say, if I could give 10 star I would. Alex's communication on first enquiry, excellent. The estimate was well done and thought through. Time scale of getting work done, perfect. Alex left us with an excellently installed CCTV camera system, and all wires secure, and in conduit piping looking smart and professional. Alex did a fantastic job in explaining options when quoting for - and then installing - my new Ajax alarm system. Very clean and tidy and good attention to detail setting everything up and able to wire components into my old alarm power sources. He was terrific at answering my questions and configuring the system to meet my needs - and then very responsive and tweaked a couple of settings for me after a few days. Thoroughly recommend.
10 out of 10 from start to finish. Alex is a true professional — he knows his stuff, is efficient but careful, has high attention to detail and completed our installation for an excellent price. We had a couple of complications during the alarm installation (not Alex's fault as he was only completing the second fix), but he was creative and pragmatic in his suggestions to resolve them and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome.
