Great customer service from measuring up, designing, amending designs following a change of heart, ordering, through to delivery. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. I now have a lovely, quality new bathroom which has exceeded my expectations, thank you.

Returned an overpriced shower tray and had to wait nearly 4 weeks to get my refund and then they took a £50 restocking fee… went into the shop three times to ask about the refund and was fobbed off with silly excuses…

Absolutely awful service from Alchester Tiles. I paid for some bathroom tiles and at the time of purchase I was told they were a 'stock item'. In the afternoon of the day before they were due to be delivered, our tradesperson contacted Alchester for a delivery time, only to be told they dont know anything about the order. When they eventually found the order, they had forgotten to place the actual order and didn’t have the tiles. The guys at Alchester have been so helpful. They have made brilliant suggestions to support the design process. They really know their products to optimise functionality and finish, down to the best coloured grout and trim!
