Looked after family member for few months before passing away. No concerns great communication
I've recently joined Alcedo care. All staff are friendly and welcoming to me aswell as clients. Completed 3 days trying and online learning. Then shadowing other carers. I am really enjoying the work and I would recommend Alcedo after working for other companies these seem much better.
I’ve been with Alcedo care since August 2023, working only weekends. I started with 3 days trainings, on-line trainings and shadowing. With the support of my co-carers, coordinators and our manager I became a full time community support worker. More trainings, offered last week, helped me to build up my confidence and my ability to serve the community, I am very thankful that I am part of ALCEDO CARE family. Keep up the good work, caring and serving the community, helps us to motivate in our daily happy LIFE. 🙏🏼
I've been part of the team for a year and it has been very welcoming from all staff members and clients. I have increased my knowledge over the period of time I have been here and really enjoying my time here. Would defiantly recommend working for Alcedo and if anyone requires support.
