What a mess. Wasn’t sure whether a 2 or 3 review star was right as the girls who actually cleaned did a good job, but the process to get there and the awful communication from Sharon was just bad business. At an initial 'consult' visit Sharon seemed nice, and happy to start working with us. Then the messages sort of dried up.
