Reserved a storage unit for 19/10/25 called today 18/10/25 to confirm I can drop off my goods into storage. Was told they have gave it to another customer. Not very professional at all. No phone call to let me know shocking

I can’t recommend Albion Storage (Halesowen, Long Lane) enough. House moving is just next level stress on its own, then throw in the changing of move dates, etc, and even more so in my circumstance as I’m on my own with two children, but when I spoke to Gary (Manager) from the very beginning I was immediately put at ease.
