As my first time using a local garage instead of a main VW dealer I was hesitant at first. However the team here are brilliant, explained the way they operate and were easily approachable. After a chat I booked my VW Golf in to have the aircon investigated (hissing sound). I simply parked up at 8am on the day and left it with them.
