I have just bought my first car from 2 lovely gentlemen (Father & Son) Albi (son) responded to my queries and messages instantly and very friendly. Joe (dad) was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I could only attend outside of business hours, and Joe was happy to help. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend
Recently bought a car from albin at albi car sales and could not be more impressed impressed his professionalism and customer service. The car is lovely, he made sure to thoroughly MOT it for me and rectify an advisory on it prior to selling it to me and I couldnt be happier with it.
I will preface this with Albi and his dad are great guys, the issues we had with the car was not their fault and how Albi handled it was good. We purchased a car from Albi in April, we were told to wait max a week for the MOT and we would have the car. Recently bought a car of Albi. Couldn’t fault the whole process from his professionalism to his excellent customer service throughout. We had a bit of a hiccup with the spare key situation as it was misplaced and albi was willing to get me a replacement one out of his own pocket.
