Appointment time was 5 AM. It’s 11 AM and I’m still waiting for paperwork. Last time I was here they ran over one of my load locks and then denied it when I confronted them about it. This place is terrible.
The check in process is simple, staff is pleasant but once it's time for paperwork fir check out, they are terrible. Waiting over 2 hours with green light and no text or call.
No bathrooms and no courtesy for a driver's time. I stood by the receiving window listening to then talk trash in Spanish while I waited for paperwork. They think its funny im standing here waiting on them...
You can check in 2 hours before your appointment but you can park inside after 9 pm even your appointment 3 or 4 am. Been here 3 times with 3 am appointment they unloaded me in 2 hours .
