I had a very unpleasant experience today (July 11, 2025) between 7:00 and 7:30 a.m. at the Albertsons pharmacy in Corinth, TX. The pharmacist, Ann Lee, treated me in a very unprofessional manner. Since I don't speak English fluently, I used Google Translate to help me express myself better. Worst store ever, every week their system go down and you can only use cash.
I never get a welcome vibe when I go to the Albertsons pharmacy. Everyone behind the counter is very rude. Also, every time they have to send a prescription for refill, the doctor never seems to get it and therefore I have to call the doctor each time I have a refill even though I have verified the fax number. I have switched pharmacies because of this.
