Totally unreliable business. Published opening hours are misleading as the shop is unstaffed with a sign in the window advising to call a mobile for an appointment. Nobody answers the mobile. A man did phone back and arranged an appointment with me but then failed to turn up for it. I'd messaged in advance to confirm and tried calling on arrival but there was no answer again. Two wasted trips.

We got the all the tiles for new bathrooms and kitchen from Alberti Pavimenti. I kept on going back because of the choice of lovely designs and great service. We're really pleased with the results, we have unique designs because of Ben's advice and assistance.
