Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received when calling your practice in the mornings. I have been registered with this GP for three years and, in general, I am very satisfied with the care I receive. My only problem has always been with the same male receptionist, whose name I do not know. Highly disappointed with the Practice and reception staff. They are always delayed by 45-50 mins, they should stop giving out slots for appointments and do walk ins instead. Post that made me wait for urine sample as the printers were not working. The staff was too rude and didn’t understand that others have work appointments too and can’t wait for hours. Imagine being away from work for 2.5 hours for a 10 mins appointment with the nurse for blood tests and urine test.
Despicable service, I have to wait 4-6 weeks for a basic form to be filed by their GPs so I can treat in private.
I just don't understand it, I was 5th on the queue and got phoned was picked up after couple of minutes and tells me there's no appointments for albert road gp and all booked, how is that even possible?? Most days can't even get appintment and when you do the surgery is empty barely no patients and even saw a doctor resting at her desk with the door open.
