Great doctors and nursing staff, however you can't get an appointment and the online system is useless.
If you can contact a doctor or see a doctor, the service is good, but getting an appointment seems to be like finding the Holy Grail.
Expecting courtesy from reception staff is like seeing a unicorn sliding down a rainbow. They are curt, indiscreet, give no apology, no accountability and are combative for no reason except to defend their behaviour. Very unprofessional.
Although I am aware that gp surgeries have limited appointments, I feel the triage system at albany needs to be looked at. I was not able to do an econsult via the Internet so waited until the phones opened. Then I called at exactly 8.30am, to be 2nd in a que ( ideal ) then answered around 10 minutes later, to be told all appointments had gone. Now if your going to open the triage at 8am online, how are the people without Internet access to get an appointment? This is probably around 60% of your patients. (People over the ag... read more
