As a Devon Square patient I was intrigued to have a doctors appointment arranged by them at Albany surgery and on a Saturday morning. I found the reception staff very polite, friendly and helpful. The waiting room clean, tidy, comfortable and warm and my appointment ran like clockwork. All in all a very pleasing experience. Thank you.

The biggest doctor surgery in Newton Abbot and yet never have any appointments, it is 9.53 in the morning. I’ve been on hold for over 40 minutes when I got through I was told to ring 111 because they are at there safe working capacity, what a joke. Move if you can!!!
