Was there 6hr with my infant with 102.4 fever and wasn't seen. Ended up leaving going to St Peters.
Dealing with Plastic Surgeon Group, Dr. Carpenter's office has been frustrating to say the least. The transfer of my medical records to a cancer care facility has been poorly handled now TWICE. Dropped off my records transfer form on Monday, still haven't faxed my 3 pages of records to Roswell Park, and it's Friday! UNBELIEVABLE ! Need to hire an attorney.
My daughter had an endoscopy yesterday. All the staff was wonderful, the nurses & doctors made her feel very comfortable!!
I had excellent care, I can't really complain about only one thing and that was the food , can't eat that ,horrible!!
I read about all these negative posts and I don't understand it. They are very pleasant and accommodating. I feel that in our society we want our healthcare to be like our eating habits, fast and convenient. They were very nice to our family and our children who were visiting their mother, they were scared and they were very nice all around.
