I had a routine procedure and from the reception area to my discharge I was treated fabulously! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable (from my standpoint) and caring. They made a not-so-pleasant procedure a piece of cake! And I travel over 100 miles to get there!!
Had a surgery yesterday at Albany med. And absolutely everyone I dealt with was friendly and amazing. From those who got me registered to those who helped me walk to the bathroom, those who did surgery and those who discharged me. Not that surgery is fun at all but they certainly made it a great experience!

The staff is too busy to help, we can't talk to our doctor, this was supposed to be a planned visit--NOT an emergency situation. I'm disappointed in our doctors and the staff. We have not asked for anything outrageous, just basic amenities and our doctor knew the situation and STILL allowed this to happen...guess the high dollar stays that my insurance premiums cover do NOT mean anything to this hospital. We will be going elsewhere after this visit.
I don't have one negative thing to say ... From Drs to nurses to aides to the cleaners my experience has but wonderful !!!!
I been here for 3 day's with my sister and brother in law they taking care of them y'all doing awesome amazing jod I love this hospital so much it's number #1
