My baby girl is in the picu ..they have been wonderful .ty picu staff
The Dr that saw my daughter on Friday night was very cocky and he pushed his " beliefs" on me, my husband and my daughter. My daughter clearly needed antibiotic's. His quote on quote words were "I dont believe in giving children antibitoics. I have 3 kiddos of my own and when their Dr prescribes them medicine I dont give it to them because its my choice and belief!" so for that my daughter is still coughing her brains out and picking everywhere... I had my procedure.. It went well. The staff was exceptional.. Great customer service and courteous.. And really cared about my well being before and after the procedure.. I am very satisfied.
This hospital needs friendlier staff. Also maybe seperate emergency rooms. One for trauma and one for walk-ins is my suggestion.
