I stayed there with my girlfriend and there was a lot of lack of communication and the service sucked had to sleep in the waiting room cuz they had no rooms for her to be in why i stayed to comfort her i don't recommend anyone going for sugary to this place
My kids was hospitalized and it was good the night shift a lilttle loud for being a kid floor but besides that they were really good with my son and Mr..
Would not go anywhere else...the best!....Dr Beagle and his staff are awesome...we saw Lauren NP yesterday...she was great also.
My husband had hip replacement yesterday. My previous experiences here were NOT good at all, but this has been terrific. The staff is amazing. The nurses are underpaid for sure. It is clean, unlike my previous experience. I have not been a Albany Med fan ever, this experience is changing my mind.
Great experience as a student nurse everyone was so nice! From the Doctors to the nursing staff,and the patients, I will never forget it! Huge hospital,spacious and friendly, specializing in everything! The patients were well cared for and happy�
I went to visit my daughter in law. I think she was in the orthopedic section because she was hit by a car and suffered a broken tibia and fibula and had surgery to insert a rod and screws/pins in her leg and ankle area. This was my first time at Albany Med and experienced a good visit from checking in to checking out. Nursing staff were friendly as well as the attendants and cleaning personnel.
