I'm giving a one star for the ER department. I had to bring my son there and we waited four hours to be called in the back. Once in the back we waited in the hallway for another four hours before he was seen. That's a whole work schedule. So many patients were on stretchers in the hallway which gives zero privacy. They need more ER doctors and need to add more rooms.
My 3yr old had a bad cough and a nose bleed for hours in the waiting room while others was looking better than her and walking right in and had the nerve to tell me that they didnt have a bed for her. Never again

I had lymphoma. I no longer have it !!!! Between the doctors and nurses the care i received was great!! I will be forever grateful. Thanks
Thank you to the nurses and doctors who treated my son and I. We were seen in the ER promptly and were treated kindly by everyone who entered our room. In Pediatrics, I felt all of the staff truly cared and made every effort to make sure he was comfortable and recovering. Dr. Dailey in the ER was especially helpful and understanding. He took the time to explain everything and we appreciate that. Thank you for all your support and care during a very stressful time.

the staff I interacted with (from information desk, cleaning staff, nurses and doctors) were all friendly and dedicated to making people comfortable and informed. Kudos to the directors for hiring and retaining such wonderful people,,
