This is just a wonderful place !! The doctors we have are the best! Have not encountered one rude person. Everyone is so pleasant and helpful and kind. Couldn't ask for better treatment . Thank you !!
Very attentive to all my needs, seen a lot Drs serveral times a day and answered all my questions..a lot of tests to find out what was going on with me..staff on E5 were excellent also
The weeks leading up to surgery the hospital or admission folks were great. On the day of surgery the process was smooth. The attitudes and care from the nurses, pre op, post op, and in Orthopedic ward were just the best. The hospital is not my favorite place to be but the staff at AMC made it a great experience.
My brother is in the stroke unit. Dr. Ward is his doctor. The nurses are wonderful and very well trained. They make sure family members understand what is happening. We are very pleased with his care at Albany Med.
