Excellent care from the PCA, RNs to Doctors ! Could not be more receptive, communicative and empathetic to the illness or the family . Just one thing scheduled a test for a Sunday by doctor and no one on staff to perform!
Once again thank you to te great team at Albany Med who performed the catheter ablation on me on Tuesday,,,,,,,you all make a kind of scary thing nnot quite so...you are all caring and professional.
Maps are a must at all entrance ways and garage number (40-60...) would be great on the parking tickets. Nobody knows what the color of the ticket means. Good thing people ask if your lost and try to help you out.
Never in my life have I had such wonderful care in a hospital. Everyone I came across was pleasant and eager to help.
