They are dropping accepting wellcare insurance, now where is my daughter who has cystic fibrosis and needs the specialists supposed to go? Very poor decision especially for people who need the doctors there to survive
The staff made my grandson feel comfortable after struggling with him to lay still but they ws very good also the doc very friendly place to be when you sick and need help
So far, after my Solemate had a stroke on Jan. 24th, - the Staff IS excellent in D 558A. Praying that this will continue thru the weekend and also when he goes to PT in Glens Falls, Monday or Tuesday. I've been told by many that Albany Med is the best place for him right now.
My daughter was just in the NICU for 2 weeks due to being premature. My husband and I absolutely loved her nurses but there were a few that weren't very family friendly or informational. There was one that stood out to us and we adored her. Her name is Cheryl. She is such a phenomenal nurse and deserves to be recognized for all she does.. The NICU in general, is a great place and the team of doctors always included us while rounding on our baby girl.
My wife and I were treated pretty decent and Radiology and outpatient surgery. Your staff was quite helpful and friendly and nobody enjoys being in the hospital but it was a good experience.
