RecommendedVery professional. I had major surgery there and they were all amazing!
My son was recently taken to Albany Med for treatment. We were there for about a day and a half on the C7 peds unit, and the entire staff was so amazing. Not only was our son in great hands, but they made the experience a little less nerve wracking for us as his parents, too. We were especially grateful for Corinne, Christine, and Sean, along with Dr. D’Agostino. They all do their jobs exceptionally well! took my kid to Albany med pediatric after being recommended to go there by physician. Got there was checked in within 15 minutes. 3 hours later after not seeing a doctor and the assistant not having any info for us we left. Guess your kid has to be bleeding to get seen that late. also for it being pediatric ER there were slot of adults in the patient areas . out of the several rooms I seen there was only us and another family with a child awake needing to be seen. Information desk ladies were extremely rude.
I recently had shunt surgery due to Hydrocephalus. I had neurosurgeon Dr. Maria Peris-Celda. Highly, HIGHLY recommend her. She is an awesome neurosurgeon and very knowledgeable! :)
We were told by our son's Neurologist to bring him to Albany ( an hour from our home) to have an MRI ASAP. My wife have been there 3 days in a room, and still no MRI. Our son is 2, which has gotta be really hard on him. And, the hospital will just be billing our insurance company for a 3 night stay just because they can't get their act together. So ANGRY!!!!
