If I could give this place a zero I would. My husband and I went there around 9pm last night. He had sustained a laceration on his forearm that would require several stitches. The women who takes your name told us "as you can see we are busy if you wanna come back in a few hours we can get you in then". I don't know who trained this lady but the last time I checked the secretary has ZERO medical licenses or the ability to tell someone to leave and come back. Unbelievable. Don't waste your time! I can't say enough nice things about urgent care! Had to go there yesterday....had inhale too many chemicals on a job site, my ear & throat hurt bad. the guy that received me was awesome very swift kept me calm with conversation. Had me sit for less then a couple minutes..my RN took me back and got me ready & let me tell you this young lady was moving. Very efficient! Then a PA was in my room within 5 minutes she was awesome checked me over. Prescribed me a nasal spray to help me, listened to my concerns. The spray is workin... read more
The nicest, most considerate staff around!!! Comforting, caring and professional.
Been here many times with my kids and always had a pleasant experience. The staff is always very friendly and efficient. I am always in and out very quickly with all tests done and prescriptions sent over to the pharmacy. I always recommend this place especially when you can't get to the regular pediatrician.
I personally have never had a bad visit. Sometimes not as timely but that's because we presume that they're not as busy as they are. You have never had a bad experience with the physicians or nurses. Just recently there for an X-ray for my daughter nothing but professional and very nice.
