Staff was horrible very disrespectful to my daughter. I may even be speaking to my lawyer. This is unacceptable
Came here for the first time last night (8/3). Got right into triage, spoke with an RN, got me right into a room. Yes i was there three hours but they did an IV, three tests & got results. I don't think 3 hours is to bad considering what was done. Everyone was friendly. I would go back there.
I wish there was a -star choice. I can put my own bandaid on....what I can't do myself is examine and diagnose. Be nice if that happened with even a little bit of care and compassion. The clerical staff is very kind. The nurses and PAs and docs need some education on "caring" for patients.
Been there several times never a problem staff is outstanding yes you usually wait a bit but it's no differant than if you went to a hospital er
Nurses were great! Doctor was amazing. Bed side manner amazing!!! They really took care of my boy. Thank you so much!!!
