As I’m sitting in the waiting room of Mammography, I see a few people not familiar with the new process of taking a pager and waiting to be called. The check-in girls then tell them to take a pager and they will be with them shortly. As one of the check-in girls chats with the patient in front of her, she very loudly makes remarks joking back and forth basically saying how stupid people are for not seeing the sign for the process.
