I just wasted 4 hours of my life that I will never get back at Malta Urgent No one Cares. Granted, and I acknowledge, what I had was certainly not life-threatening. However, to make someone wait over four hours and not even have the courtesy of explaining why. The staff could not have cared any less. Remember.....the word "CARE" is in the title of where you work!!!!!! Yet they have not mastered the art of providing that. Clean, fast and attentive people there. Certainly glad we have this facility so close to home when needed.
We went on Easter Sunday. The care was fast and we were treated great.
Would give 10 stars if they had it! Lobby was half full was in and out within 1hr 1/2 excellent staff!
This place sucks and I wouldn't recommend anyone come here....they told me they wouldn't help me to go to the ER which has a 6 hour waitlist to be put in a room....so now I'm leaving here in horrible pain with no where else to go
The staff is great! Very welcoming with my 2 rambunctious toddlers while I sought care for myself. Got them extra goodies (snacks and stickers), it was a very pleasant and quick experience!
A wonderful program so honored to be a part of it at the MVHS
I took my young one in with a breathing problem and quickly we were seen and a treatment was given to her right away.... Love them
