RecommendedI lived at Marquis at Lantana from March 2018 through 2020 and had a wonderful experience. The apartments are clean, quiet and pest free. The apartment layout is fantastic, modern, and updated. The staff is wonderful, they are so positive and helpful- including the maintenance team. I would highly recommend living at this apartment complex, and living in Flower Mound.

RecommendedAs both a resident and employee of CWS, I feel this company truly has residents’ best interests at heart. Throughout this pandemic, they have been proactive and consistently communicated to keep residents informed. They have also done a lot to keep our spirits high like hosting dance lessons and at-home workouts, giving us a Domino’s Pizza gift card, and creating a cookbook of recipes submitted by residents!
