My mum is elderly and lives in sheltered housing. Alan has been out twice to her. We highly recommend him as his prices are fair and his work is excellent. He didn't charge mum for the second job as it was a very small one. It seems hard to find someone who is trustworthy and we have found this with Alan who will always be our first port of call in the future.

Alan is very responsive; he came out very promptly and was really quick to diagnose and fix the problem. On top of that he is kind and his charges are very fair. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again for plumbing issues.
