I have seen Dr. Ng over a few years for different issues. Dr. Ng has provided appropriate and appreciated treatment of my foot pain.
Dr. Ng really communicated my condition to me in a way I could understand. This helped me make an informed decision about my treatment. His staff was friendly and helpful too.
Dr Ng is as pleasant as he is competent. I'd had a surgical repair by him years ago that has held up well. It was a no brainer to return to him now for a potential need. This visit he was thorough and looked at things going on with me as a whole. We came up with a plan for some further diagnostics and then treatment. I appreciate he does not pressure. I also think the front office is pleasant as is Dr Ng's assistant.
Not only is Dr. Ng an excellent surgeon, he is a caring and thoughtful physician. Also, the follow-up care provided by his team was excellent!
Dr. Ng is an easy doctor to work with. Everything about his practice is smooth, from scheduling an appointment to being seen reliably at the time scheduled. He and his staff are skilled, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. All my questions were answered and I am thrilled with the care I have received.
Just had surgery a week ago, but everything has gone smoothly. I’ve been able to get a hold of the doctors nurse when I have questions and so far very happy.
I recently had foot surgery with Dr Ng and I experienced a problem with Dr Ng not returning phone calls, and I was very frustrated and disappointed in his practice. But after finally being able to speak to him at a follow up appointment, I’m convinced it was not his fault. I appreciate the fact that he has promised to get to the bottom of the problem of why he didn’t receive his messages, which is most likely an answering service problem. My faith in him is restored and I can still highly recommend him and his practice!
Very professional and efficient office staff. I was seen for foot pain. First I had xrays then met with a fellow and lastly Dr Ng. I got fitted for orthodic and hope to avoid surgery. However, the fellow and Dr Ng told me about the surgery in case it were a consideration in future. A few years ago my teenage daughter saw Dr Ng for ankle ligament tear. Dr Ng surely knows his stuff! His rx’d walking air cast & rx’d orthodic shoe for my damaged foot & ankle helped it improve SO much that I don’t even need surgery & P/T anymore!!! I simply only need to wear his rx’d arch support orthodics! What a relief ! He also sincerely cares. & is a great listener. Thxs doc
