Dr Ng explained the problem and proposed procedures to correct. His staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Options and how one option is different than others and why he proposed his solution. Very straightforward. Easy to chat with !
It has been a very long time since I have been as impressed with a medical professional as I was with Dr. Ng. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Instantly undestood my situation. Anticipated all my questions. Also friendly and kind, and a very good explainer.
I went to Dr Ng after rolling my ankle several months prior and experiencing continued pain and problems. After another xray I found out it was fractured. Dr Ng was caring, kind, easy to talk to and listened to all my questions and never made me feel rushed. He explained everything very well, including options. Highly recommend him.
Dr. Ng was very open to discussing a treatment plan and giving me the options to make a decision.

Dr. Ng and Dr. Arena were superior foot and ankle orthopedic surgeons! They set the standards high in bedside manner, diagnosis, treatment, and post-op care! I could not be happier with the care I received from both of them! I am back on my feet and in action!
I was able to have surgery with Dr Ng about a year after an ankle fracture in which my posterior tibialis tendon incurred a 75% high-grade tear. This is a rare injury, and my initial surgeon missed it despite my repeated attempts to get her to order an MRI due to ongoing pain and inability to progress in PT.
