Seen by Dr. Alan Ng (podiatrist) in August 2023. Review addresses him and office staff. They are trying to bill me too much (40 min visit instead of 20 min visit) and I haven't gotten a correct written record of my visit. Was told by office staff that Dr. Ng must make fix to correct bill and medical record, which is completely wrong (e.g., said both feet examined but I only took off one shoe; said I had “shooting, sharp” pain; I used words like “minor” pain and “hurts a little'). Dr. Ng was on time and very thorough. He did surgery on my ankle a couple years ago, and had amazing results. Right now I am fighting with osteoarthritis in my foot and he is treating me with steroid injects, which help tremendously. I am able to keep active with his help. I would highly recommend Dr. Ng for foot problems. He is never pushy, but lays out the facts for you. I drive 2 hours for my visits with him. Totally worthwhile. Shai Fuhrman

Dr Ng has an excellent bed side manner and provided a thorough explanation of my diagnosis and I found him to be very trustworthy.
Simple diagnosis , efficient, good bedside manner. Has everything you want in a doctor.
Dr. Ng and his entire medical team are the best of the best! He performed two ankle surgeries for me and I couldn't be more happy with the results and outcome. He's a very personable person who listened to my thoughts and concerns and also was very informative about my surgeries.
Dr Ng knows feet very well. Visits with him have been impressive, informative, even enjoyable. Great manner, knowledge and care.
Dr Ng is an incredibly talented and intuitive doctor and surgeon. I have had a few different surgeries on my former ballerina feet by him that were greatly successful. He has always taken excellent care of me. Sometimes things and circumstances happen and there is a wait but he is definitely worth that wait. I highly recommend.
