Dr Ng is a great surgeon with an even better bedside manner. He always listens to me and offers me solutions. I have had multiple surgeries with Dr. Ng and would highly recommend him to friends and family.
My S/O had foot surgery with Dr. NG. She really liked him and his apparent knowledge and manner! Our experience with his office was terrible. Our insurance company (Bright) denied the surgery plan. We were told it was up to Dr. Ng to do the appeal. Dr. Ng’s scheduler never picks up her phone, never returns phone calls. Dr Ng is an amazing surgeon and a special person. After being told I would not walk unless my foot was amputated, Dr Ng was helped me walk and kept me walking for many years and many years to come!
Dr. Ng acted very professional and knowledgeable before, during, and after my surgery. The result was excellent and I recommend him highly.
What can one say about how grateful you are for a person who took away many years of chronic pain and gave me back my life. I dreamed of going for a walk with my wife but every step was so painful. Well today after having ankle replacement surgery in October I went for a walk with my wife pain free. Dr Ng is a great human being kind, caring and just a joy to be around. Thank you Dr Ng! You gave me back my life.
