Consultation was awesome. Diagnosis was explained and very informative. He was very nice & thoroughly discussed the process of surgery.

The doctor was very understanding of my present situation and the recent surgeries, and suggested alternative foot support. He also spoke with person who would show me items needed to let him know that I would be coming in. I was surprised and impressed by that level of concern.

My husband and I have had surgeries with Dr. Ng and have seen him for many years. He did a total foot reconstruction for me last year, and I am doing exceptionally well. My husband also rates Dr. Ng with 5 stars. We would give him 6 stars if possible. We truly value Dr. Ng and will not see another provider. My son saw Dr. Ng. He is 34 and autistic. Dr. Ng AND his staff were awesome! They were kind, compassionate and thorough. Dr. Ng will be doing surgery on an ankle tumor and my son is so comfortable with him that there is little anxiety. 5 plus stars!
I postponed this boat many times due to my fear of being categorized and my pain written off due to my weight. Dr. No and his staff were nothing but pleasant and professional. They took my concerns to heart and not once labeled my pain as an “obesity only” problem with the only solution being weight loss. I am feeling better working through PT and am getting back to my normal routine.
