Dr. Ng did a remarkable job for my spouse. She had 3 prior ankle surgeries, and ended up with a massive infection by another Doctor and Practice that ended in total failures. Dr Ng was the only hope she had. He did not make promises he could not keep, he did exactly the surgery that he explained to us prior to the start, and he and his remarkable team made it all happen perfectly. My spouse is walking again. When it comes to ankles and feet health, here is the right Doctor to see !
I wrote a bad review about Dr. Ng. due to my frustration. Since I wrote it, I have spoken to Dr. Ng. And I feel he is really trying to fix the issues. I appreciate his empathy and time to find an answer to the poor results that I experienced and options I might have to make my foot better again. He is really trying to make it right and I really appreciate that. I still encourage patients to explore other options before surgery & ask questions. I can tell he really does care about the patient.
Listens very well to your condition, picks up on the condition quickly, and treats it. No fluff, seems genuinely concerned, and no unnecessary treatment.
I would recommend Dr. Ng is a heartbeat! My son is active in sports and therefore he occationally gets injured. Dr. Ng fixes him up and I swear he's better than he was before his injury! We are a couple hours from him and I will continue to drive to take my son there if he has issues/injuries. He is very professional, caring, and goes above and beyond in his field. I am so glad we found him! My son got injured for a second time and yes he was so excited We get to go see Dr. Ng! Thanks Dr. Ng!!
